Shipping Policy
Effective and last updated: Aug 1, 2026
This Shipping Policy applies to orders purchased through https://nookdepot_it_com/ and delivered to an eligible address in the United States and Canada.
1 Where We Ship
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and eligible locations in Canada.
We do not currently ship to: Alaska or Hawaii; Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, or other U.S. territories; Remote islands or locations not served by ordinary ground delivery; APO, FPO, or DPO military or diplomatic addresses; P.O. boxes; Canadian territories including Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, remote Canadian islands and unserviced rural locations; or any addresses outside the United States and Canada.
If a destination cannot be selected during checkout, it is outside our current service area. Please do not use a freight forwarder to bypass a geographic restriction. Loss, damage, delay, or extra charges occurring after delivery to a third-party forwarding service must be resolved between the customer and that service, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
2 Shipping Charges
Unless a clearly disclosed limited-time free-shipping promotion applies, our standard shipping charges are: Free standard shipping when the merchandise subtotal is $17.99 USD or more; A flat $6.88 USD standard shipping charge when the merchandise subtotal is less than $17.99 USD.
The threshold is calculated using the merchandise subtotal after discounts, coupon codes, and other promotions, and before sales tax, gift cards, shipping, or other charges. If a later return causes the value of the merchandise you keep to fall below the original free-shipping threshold, we will not retroactively charge the original standard shipping fee unless that condition was clearly disclosed in the applicable promotion before purchase.
We may occasionally offer free-shipping promotions. Eligibility dates, locations, products, order thresholds, promotional codes, and other restrictions will be stated in the applicable banner, offer, code terms, or checkout display. Standard rates resume when an offer expires. Promotional shipping cannot be redeemed for cash or applied retroactively to an order submitted before the promotion began.
Prices and charges are displayed and collected in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax, duties and customs fees are calculated according to the delivery address and legal requirements and are displayed at checkout where available. Canadian customers may be responsible for applicable import duties, customs clearance fees or provincial taxes upon receipt of the shipment.
3 Order Cutoff and Handling Time
Our cutoff is 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on each business day. Paid orders submitted before 11:00 a.m. PT Monday through Friday normally begin processing that day. Orders submitted after 11:00 a.m. PT normally begin processing on the next business day.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or applicable public holidays; these days do not count as business days.
Standard handling time is normally 1–3 business days. Handling includes payment confirmation, inventory checks, picking, packing, and transfer to the carrier. It does not include time in transit.
Payment review, address verification, inventory issues, order-change requests, major promotions, severe weather, carrier restrictions, or cross-border customs preparation may extend handling. If a material delay or inability to fulfill your order occurs, we will contact you using the details supplied with the order and, where applicable, offer the choice to continue waiting or cancel for a refund.
4 Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, standard transit normally takes 3–8 business days for US domestic shipments and 5–12 business days for shipments to eligible Canada locations. Including handling, the normal estimated time from order submission to delivery is:
- United States: 4–11 business days
- Canada: 6–15 business days
These periods are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual timing may vary because of destination, weather, holidays, carrier operations, address issues, customs clearance delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. A more specific delivery estimate displayed on a product page, in the cart, or at checkout applies to the associated order. If timing shown in different places conflicts, please contact us before ordering.
5 Tracking
After an order is transferred to the carrier, we normally send a shipping confirmation and available tracking information to the email address used for the order. A carrier may take up to 48 hours to update its tracking record. Cross-border shipments to Canada may have intermittent tracking updates while in customs clearance.
If tracking says “delivered” but you cannot find the package: Check your porch, side door, garage, mailroom, and other safe delivery locations; Ask household members, neighbors, property management, or the front desk; Allow one business day because carriers occasionally update status before physical delivery; Contact the carrier and obtain an inquiry or case number; and Then contact [email protected] so we can reasonably assist with the investigation.
6 Address Accuracy and Changes
The customer is responsible for reviewing the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state/province, and ZIP/postal code before submitting an order. If you discover an error, contact us immediately. We can only attempt a change before packing or shipment and cannot guarantee that a change will be possible.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, refusal, failure to collect, unpaid customs fees, or another unsuccessful delivery attributable to the customer, a refund may be issued after we physically receive and inspect the return. Original shipping is normally nonrefundable, and the customer may be responsible for a reshipment charge, return freight and customs return costs. We will cover applicable costs if the error was ours.
7 Split Shipments
An order may be divided into more than one package because of inventory location, package dimensions, or carrier arrangements. Packages may arrive separately and have different tracking numbers. A split shipment does not create an additional standard shipping charge unless that charge was clearly disclosed before checkout.
8 Damage, Missing Parts, Incorrect Items, and Lost Shipments
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, lacks parts, or does not match the order, email [email protected] within seven calendar days after delivery with the order number, a description, and photographs of the product and packaging. Keep the item and original packaging until our review is complete.
When we confirm carrier damage, a manufacturing defect, missing parts, an incorrect shipment, or carrier loss, we will provide an appropriate remedy, such as replacement parts, a replacement product, a prepaid return label and exchange, or a refund to the original payment method. You will not be charged return shipping or a restocking fee for a confirmed problem of this kind.
The seven-day notice helps us submit a timely carrier claim; it does not limit a non-waivable legal right. Reporting later may make a carrier investigation more difficult, but it does not automatically extinguish rights provided by law.
9 Order Cancellation
To request cancellation, email [email protected] as soon as possible. We can only attempt to cancel an order before it enters packing or is transferred to the carrier, and cancellation is not guaranteed. After shipment, the Return and Refund Policy applies. The customer pays return shipping, customs and import fees for a return that is not caused by a defect or our error.
10 Delivery, Risk, and Title
To the extent permitted by law, delivery is completed when the carrier records the package as delivered to the designated address. Nothing in this section excludes non-waivable consumer rights or relieves us of responsibility for a confirmed carrier loss, incorrect shipment, or damaged product where applicable law makes us responsible. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon handover of the goods to the carrier. For Canadian shipments, the customer remains responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges.
