Customer Service Schedule
Customer-service messages are handled Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.
We do not process shipments or respond to customer-service messages on Saturday or Sunday.
We normally respond within two business days. Response times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or unusually high order volumes.
To help us investigate efficiently, please include:
Your name;
Your order number;
The email address used to place the order;
A description of the issue; and
Clear photos or video if your request concerns damage, missing parts, an incorrect item, or a defect.
Do not email us a complete payment-card number, bank password, government identification number, or other unnecessary sensitive information. We will not ask for your complete payment-card password by email or telephone.

Our business correspondence address may not be our return warehouse. Every return must first be requested by emailing [email protected]. Wait for return authorization and instructions before shipping anything. Unauthorized packages may not be processed.
